SALES & REFUNDS

We hope you #findyourflow but if you are unsatisfied with your product we will accept returns up to 30 days after your purchase date. If your item is faulty and under warranty please refer to the warranty policy. 

For orders made on the website please follow the next steps:

  1. Contact our team via email: support@flowsportstech.com. Please specify the reason for the return and your order number.
  2. Once our team has accepted your request they will provide you with a Return Authorisation Form to be completed and returned with your item. Please note we do not cover the shipping costs for the returned product. Please retain the receipt with your tracking number in case of any lost or damaged packages by the carrier.
  3. We only accept returns via a UPS service provider, UPS Drop Box or other locations that accept UPS packages for shipment.
  4. Once your package has been accepted and processed you will receive your refund within 15 business days into the account the initial transaction was issued from.
